● The whole rubber pressure water bag adopts rubber vulcanization integrated molding.
● Under large pressure, it can be fully expanded, without secondary pressure, so as to ensure uniform pressure during the conveyor belt vulcanization machine joint and repair process, tested safe pressure range is within 3Mpa, fully meet the vulcanization machine joint requirements.
● Easy to use, the weight of the rubber pressure water bag is only a quarter of the old water pressure plate, and due to the increase in the expansion range, the fixed bolts on both sides only need to be gently tightened with a wrench when installation equipment.
● Large pressure range, only 2cm frame around the rubber pressure water bag, compared with the old water pressure plate more than 5cm frame, effectively improve the pressure area, thereby improving the vulcanization quality.
Pressure water bag system can adopt water or air as the filling medium, one time molding, without metal frame, light weight, testing pressure out of our factory is 2.5MPA (old-style pressure bag fixed with metal frame and bolts, heavy weight)
